I have been using this machine for a month now and like it a lot. Exact heart rate feedback is very important for me and this is what I got from the beginning. It should also be easy to use. I think it could not be easier. The manufacturer's recommendation for making contact with the chest strap using water does not work for me as I find it uncomfortable nor does saliva as I find it unhygienic. I have always used a contact gel, which is available from the chemist, as I have had the best results with this. I have recommended this machine to others.

You say that a chest strap transmitter is included. Is this item just a transmitter or a complete belt?
If it is a complete belt, what is its maximum length? Thank you. There is a complete belt included. This belt can be altered from 75cm to 115cm chest circumference.
