It does the job Hello. I bought this punch bag for my wife to help break down stress she suffers from in her job. It works wonders. The effect is really good. I only gave it three stars because it has become too light over time. I now have PVC granulate in it (78 ct/kg). It is not a super bag but as I say it does the job.

How much space is required for hanging?
We would recommend a minimum distance from the wall of 1 metre for this punch bag.
What height does the bag need to be hung for children aged from 8 to 16?
The lowest hitting height should be approx. 130 to 150cm. This means that the whole bag can be hit. The height is easy to adjust with the chain.
Can the set also be offered with other gloves?
The set is only available with 10oz gloves as it is assembled by the manufacturer before it reaches us.
Is this punch bag also available in other colours?
This punch bag is only available in red.
What material is in the filling?
The bag is filled with recycled material and foam.
